If so, Grimshaw Investments in Sheridan, WY is looking for a Compliance Manager like you to join our growing company!
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of property management to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with external agencies and auditors to conduct regular compliance audits
- Train staff on compliance protocols and monitor their adherence to regulations
- Stay up-to-date on changes in legislation and regulations that may impact property management practices
- 3+ years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in property management or a related field is a plus
