Job Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee project schedules and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards on-site to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with all relevant building codes and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and the property industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
