An Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, tracking and documentation of all aspects of equipment asset management. This position must have strong attention to detail, particularly when documenting, showcasing a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills. Critical for success are the abilities to provide excellent customer service and maintain open communication with internal and external customers. Validate funds transfer instructions with vendors. Communicate transaction status with Finance department, Shops, Divisions, etc. as needed Generate and maintain asset numbers; communicate to appropriate parties Establish and maintain all record keeping processes as assigned Oversee internal invoice billing and tracking/management of payment status Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent, 2-4 years of vendor/relationship management experience, or an equivalent combination Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel skills) AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr Michels Corporation
