A fast-growing accounting and financial advisory firm, is looking for a Senior Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for our West Coast business. You'll own searches for experienced professionals across: Transaction & M&A Advisory Valuation Tax & Specialty Tax Other professional services capabilities as we grow You'll be embedded in our Talent Acquisition team, partnering directly with West Coast business leaders and hiring managers - not just filling reqs, but acting as our eyes and ears on West Coast talent, comp, and competitor activity. What You'll Do: Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership-level roles across Advisory, Valuation, Tax, and Transaction Services Build and maintain pipelines for immediate and anticipated hiring needs Engage active and passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, industry associations, and relationships with our external search partners Screen candidates for technical background, professional services experience, leadership capability, and cultural fit Advise hiring leaders on market conditions, comp expectations, and realistic search strategy Identify, evaluate, and help manage specialized external search firms where appropriate Maintain accurate pipeline and requisition data in our recruiting systems What You Bring- Required: Significant full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting accounting advisory, consulting, valuation, tax, transaction services, or public accounting organizations Track record recruiting experienced professionals across multiple levels Strong negotiation skills for senior-level offers and compensation structures Working knowledge of the West Coast professional services talent market (Bay Area and/or LA) Established networks within accounting, advisory, valuation, tax, or related professional communities Proven passive-candidate sourcing and relationship-based recruiting ability Comfort assessing specialized technical accounting, transaction, valuation, or tax profiles Strong hiring-manager partnership and communication skills Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools Preferred: Prior recruiting experience with Big Four, national/regional accounting, or specialized advisory/valuation firms Experience supporting a new office, geography, or business unit launch Existing relationships with West Coast professional associations, alumni networks, or specialized recruiting firms Experience recruiting across accounting advisory, transaction advisory, valuation, and tax simultaneously Why This Role: Real, immediate volume - approximately 10 roles across business units over the next 6 months A genuine path to full-time conversion as the West Coast business scales High autonomy paired with the support of an established Talent Acquisition team Direct exposure to senior firm leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
