About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Executive Director to join their mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will provide leadership and vision for center operations, with a focus on membership, philanthropy, community engagement, and family center activities. This role involves supervising and developing associates, ensuring facility accountability, and implementing strategies to meet sales and strategic goals. The Associate Executive Director will also be responsible for overseeing in-center marketing, philanthropy strategy, and community outreach, as well as fostering a member-focused culture and delivering exceptional customer service. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a preference for previous supervisory experience in sales and customer service. The role requires a demonstrated track record in generating leads, closing sales, and developing retention and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and the capacity to relate effectively to diverse groups. Responsibilities also include serving as a role model for the organization's core values and ensuring the implementation of all policies and procedures. The Associate Executive Director will work closely with the Executive Director and the management team to support the organization's mission of empowering individuals and strengthening communities.
