Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a strong therapeutic rapport with each client, creating a trusting space for productive therapy sessions.

• Diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of each client.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques appropriate for various mental health challenges.

• Monitor and document patient progress, conducting regular evaluations of treatment effectiveness and adjusting plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
