Commercial Counsel

We are working with a hyper-scaling technology company seeking a commercial counsel to support it's procurement function. Candidates should have the demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of contracts within a high growth environment.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.This is a 6-month contract. This role will focus on drafting and negotiating procurement agreements related to professional services, technology transactions, and SaaS.
