The Client Coordinator Trainee will have an introduction into mortgage industry. The trainee will rotate among the different disciplines to shadow for an educational and understanding of the responsibilities for tasks and/or functions performed and how it relates in the mortgage process. The trainee may work on special projects and be given specific tasks to perform. Trainee may observe meetings, presentations, customer interaction or other workplace activities.

The objective is for the trainee to; gain a better understanding of the mortgage industry and work environment, possibly identify a position or discipline shadowed for a path to peruse, build a professional network, and potentially identify a mentor and demonstrate professionalism in a work environment.

The trainee is expected to follow all policies and procedures as outlined by the company. It is the philosophy of the company that everyone is our customer. · High School Diploma or equivalent

· Stellar organization skills

· Strong written and verbal communication, follow up skills and a strong sense of accountability

· Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing work assignments

· Must possess a short learning curve related to integration of new skills and tasks

· Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

• Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule

• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device

• Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable

• Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
