What You'll Do

• Provide Skilled OT Care: Perform in-home assessments to address activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and home safety.
• Develop Adaptive Strategies: Create personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation, use of adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening for daily tasks.
• Manage Your Visits: Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability.
• Collaborate for Coordinated Care: Work with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's plan of care.

What You'll Need

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license
• CPR or BLS certification
• Driver's license and auto insurance
• Physical + TB test (within the last year)
• Professional liability and business license (if applicable)

Where You'll Be Working

We are seeking a home health clinician for a diverse territory spanning from the South Bay (Manhattan Beach, Torrance) to South Central LA (Compton, Huntington Park). This role offers geographic flexibility, allowing you to focus on your preferred neighborhoods within this region or explore adjacent areas that best fit your commute.
