Paraplanner & Investment Specialist

RSF Wealth Management is one of the top private wealth management firms at Northwestern Mutual in Houston, Texas and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner & Investment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively create financial plans, manage our account opening process, provide a high level of service to our clients, and navigate cases in collaboration with our team and professional resources. Duties Create Financial plans for HNW clients and prospects in collaboration with our CFP Liaison between our clients and investment processing team, CFA, and Director of Wealth Services Support investment team as needed to open, fund and trade (with licenses) investment accounts Update internal reports and present data to firm with high level of organization and detail Manage ongoing maintenance of portfolios, and care of clients Prepare meeting materials for quarterly and annual reviews Provide support to other team members as needed Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or related field or related work experience Ability to obtain licensing within 6 months: Texas Life/Health + Series 6 or 7 + 65 or 66 Ability to work from RSF office - M-Fr 8:45a.m-5p.m. Ability to pass background check Excellent written and verbal skills Grit, positive attitude, high level of integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality, tech savvy A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure environments Proven track record of being organized and having high attention to detail Desire to grow your career in wealth management Compensation and Benefits W2 Salary and Growth Opportunities 401k, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Group Life and Disability Benefits Paid Parking, Laptop, and Workspace If you desire to work with a growth-oriented team and are friendly, detail oriented, and highly organized we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwestern Mutual
