About the Role

Marketing Operations & Execution

• Own day-to-day marketing execution, including campaigns, assets, approvals, and timelines
• Increase speed, consistency, and quality while reducing PM administrative burden
• Identify and implement process improvements

Product Marketing Support

• Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear timelines and ownership
• Act as an "Associate PM" to drive execution and accountability
• Lead cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, and vendors

Global Events & Tradeshows

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of global tradeshows
• Standardize playbooks, timelines, and vendor management
• Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution

Medical Affairs Support

• Coordinate Medical Advisory Boards and HCP engagements
• Support contracting, compliance, and logistics
• Ensure seamless stakeholder experience

Analytics & Reporting

• Manage marketing reporting and dashboards (e.g., ACUITY, CRM)
• Deliver insights to improve decision-making
• Support monthly business reviews and leadership presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales operations, consulting, or a related role; experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and summarize market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear marketing materials and internal presentations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast?paced, cross?functional environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain compliant materials aligned with regulatory and quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM or analytics tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support field activities, meetings, and conferences.
