Branch Manager Santa Ana / Orange County, CA Salary: $80k-$110k DOE plus bonus The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy local Branch supporting commercial customers. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing sales, service, route operations, warehouse, customer service, and administrative functions . The Branch Manager will be responsible for team performance, customer retention, business growth, employee development, and overall Branch profitability. What You'll Do Lead daily Branch operations across sales, service, warehouse, route delivery, and customer service Manage, coach, and develop employees while maintaining accountability and performance standards Recruit, train, motivate, and support team members Provide regular performance feedback, one-on-one coaching, and in-field support Drive business growth, customer retention, and client satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers Support customer business reviews and resolve issues effectively Monitor local market trends and competitor activity Analyze Branch performance and help achieve sales and profit goals Manage labor costs, expenses, and Branch resources Help oversee P&L performance and financial objectives Implement company initiatives designed to improve efficiency and business results Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall Branch performance Ensure company equipment, inventory, and other assets are properly protected Promote a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment Maintain clear communication across departments and all levels of the organization What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in sales, operations, management, or leadership Strong experience leading and developing employees Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable making decisions and responding quickly to changing business needs Experience with sales operations, route-based operations, or service operations is a plus Experience with client negotiations and customer retention is a plus Experience training and developing sales teams is a plus Experience overseeing P&L and financial performance is preferred Office coffee services experience is preferred, but not required Strong computer skills and the ability to learn company systems and processes What You'll Get Competitive salary Generous bonus plan 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Account Paid vacation and sick time 9 paid holidays The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who knows how to build a strong team, develop employees, maintain customer relationships, and drive business results.
