Licensed Clinical Supervisor

To support crisis mental health services, the on-call PRN Clinical Supervisor will manage direct patient services and ensure high-quality service delivery while being available for immediate support during assigned hours, working remotely. Key responsibilities Consult with staff on crisis interventions and provide immediate support during on-call hours Review assessments and monitor communication to ensure quality service delivery Identify workflow improvements and collaborate with team members for enhanced service effectiveness Required qualifications Master's degree in psychology, nursing, social work, or a related field Independent clinical license (LISW/LCSW/LMSW, LPCC, LMFT) 5+ years of behavioral health experience Experience working with adolescents preferred Strong organizational and technological proficiency, including real-time documentation skills
