MIG Welder - 1st Shift Location: Marion, OH Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: 1st Shift, 6AM-2:45PM Full-Time Adecco is currently recruiting for a MIG Welder to join a well-established, family-owned and operated manufacturing company in Marion, Ohio. This growing organization specializes in producing high-quality ATV and UTV parts and accessories and takes pride in delivering exceptional products to customers nationwide. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on ATV and UTV components and assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience preferred. Ability to read measuring tools and basic blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Manufacturing and metal fabrication experience is a plus.
