We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager / Senior Cuisine Supervisor to lead our café and catering operations in Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional food, inspiring and developing teams, and creating an outstanding dining experience for the employees we serve every day. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of the Quad Café and catering services. Deliver exceptional food quality, customer service, and hospitality while maintaining the highest food safety and sanitation standards. Drive innovation by introducing new menu ideas, improving processes, and continuously enhancing the employee dining experience. Manage budgets, labor, food costs, inventory, purchasing, and overall operational performance. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and positive work environment. Build strong relationships with employees and business partners to ensure the café remains a welcoming destination for our workforce. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent (culinary degree or management certification preferred). Seven or more years of food service experience, including at least three years in a leadership role. Demonstrated leadership with strong communication, coaching, financial management, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. A passion for hospitality, continuous improvement, and creating memorable dining experiences. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to safely operate and work around commercial kitchen equipment. Why Quad?
