Palo Alto Emerging Companies & Growth Associate (3rd - 5th Year)

Overview Paul Hastings is seeking an associate in our Palo Alto office with at least three to five years of experience to join our premier global Emerging Companies & Growth practice. Candidates must have experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies, general corporate matters, and ideally advising issuers and underwriters in connection with capital markets transactions, including IPOs. Responsibilities Associates will advise early-stage and growth-stage companies on general corporate matters, including advising issuers and underwriters in connection with capital markets transactions such as IPOs. They will also participate in business development opportunities and help grow the practice in the Bay Area. Qualifications At least three to five years of experience Experience with early-stage and growth-stage companies, general corporate matters, and ideally advising issuers and underwriters in connection with capital markets transactions, including IPOs. Strong achievement drive, strong academic credentials, entrepreneurial spirit and client management skills. Relevant law firm experience from AmLaw 50 firm is preferred. Compensation Salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). Actual pay may vary based on experience or other factors.
