Duties & Responsibilities: • Advise public agency clients on personnel matters including hiring, discipline, and termination. • Handle matters related to Spotlight on Culture discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee leave laws. • Represent • Mentoring Program clients in administrative hearings, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations. • Assist clients with labor compliance, policy • Professional Development development, and internal investigations. • Collaborate with colleagues across • Child-Friendly Business Award multiple offices on complex, high-impact cases. • Community Engagement Projects • Collaborative Environment Qualifications • No Jerks Rule • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
