JOB HIGHLIGHTS-- Sales Director

We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the sales efforts as a Sales Director . You will be responsible for the sales and marketing programs for the residence, including engaging in community outreach, conducting tours for prospective residents and cultivating referral sources. You will make a difference in the lives of families by walking alongside them as they select a new home for their loved one.

Responsibilities-- Sales Director

• Assuring community awareness of the residence through design, implementation, and maintenance of outreach programs for referral sources and community organizations
• Developing and executing lead events according to approved event schedule
• Performing initial contact, follow-up contact and residence tours for potential customers and/or family members
• Maintaining budgeted occupancy goals and documenting all sales activity
• Fulfilling other roles as needed, such as Manager-On-Duty on a rotating basis, and assisting with the 100 Hours/100 Days program
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements

Requirements-- Sales Director

• Required: 1 year prior experience in sales
• Prefer: college degree in business, management, or operation
• Prefer: Senior Living Experience
