Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and risk assessments.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation to meet regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as required, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our clinical practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing client engagement and success.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to organizational integrity and quality of care.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and service systems, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Establish and sustain effective communication lines to uphold contractual standards and promote our mission within the community.

• Develop relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs, securing partnerships and funding sources when possible.
