Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that include crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to carry out accurate evaluations and collaborate effectively with the clinical team.

• Work alongside various programs to construct and implement positive behavior support plans, establishing a supportive environment for clients during their journey to recovery.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of requirements.
\n
• Serve as an essential liaison to local service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring seamless care delivery for clients.

• Create and sustain open communication with stakeholders to meet contractual expectations and advocate for our mental health initiatives within the community.

• Network and establish relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to promote our services and identify new opportunities for collaboration and funding.

• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and participating in task forces relevant to mental health.

• Actively promote and embody the agency’s mission and values in every interaction, serving as a role model within the community.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall team goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing emotional distress, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Our focus is on providing individualized care that addresses each client’s specific cultural, social, and economic factors influencing their mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is a mandatory requirement for this position.

• Possession of an Independent LMHC License is essential to practice and provide therapy therapeutically.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
