Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring that each plan includes strategies for both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Complete all necessary documentation promptly, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards to maintain compliance.

• Utilize validated screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to support evidence-based practices and improve client outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and programs to establish and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring that the standards of care are met consistently.

• Act as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems, facilitating integration and resource access for clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to promote the mission and values of Life Assure Healthcare within the community.

• Build and sustain relationships with various organizations and agencies to enhance program visibility and secure new partnerships and funding sources.

• Engage in personal and professional development activities, attending conferences and training workshops relevant to mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Life Assure Healthcare, you will serve a diverse client population, focusing on individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and recovery from brain injuries. Your expertise will guide clients through therapeutic processes aimed at improving their quality of life and fostering resilience in their day-to-day experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of a current Independent LMHC License is essential.
