The ideal candidate will have design experience in a wide range of building project types (commercial, educational, health care, residential, and industrial). A self-starter with good communication skills is essential. Self-discipline, willingness to learn, and flexibility required. This hybrid position can be based in either the Appleton or Wauwatosa office.Basic Qualifications15 or more years of experienceB.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited programLicensed Professional EngineerMS Office experience (Word and Excel)Self-motivated and strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsExperience with Business Development and NetworkingExperience Leading Project Design teams and coordinating Client CommunicationExperience managing direct reports, including staff developmentPreferred QualificationsM.S. in Structural EngineeringLicensed Structural EngineerRevit experienceRISA experienceLarson provides a challenging and empowered environment that encourages employee growth and provides flexibility for your active life outside of work.
