Occupational Therapist (OT) – New Grad Welcome
Location: Pensacola, FL
Job Type: Permanent Placement
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM | 40 Hours/Week
Weekend Requirement: 2 Weekend Shifts Per Month
Pay Rate: $35.77 - $49.18/Hour (Based on Experience)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a leading rehabilitation team. This opportunity is open to both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates looking to build their careers in an acute rehabilitation setting.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) License.
BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
New Graduates Welcome.
Prior clinical experience preferred.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence.
Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home safety.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.
Support therapy assistants and students when needed.
