Work Environment\n This is a full-time remote position based out of Reading, Pennsylvania, allowing for either 4x10 or 5x8 flexible scheduling between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will be provided with the necessary tools and support to ensure effective service delivery while maintaining your personal and professional well-being. Key Responsibilities\n \n Deliver individualized psychotherapy or counseling to diverse clients, including individuals, groups, couples, and families. \n Conduct comprehensive assessments by interviewing clients to gather and interpret relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information. \n Design and implement treatment plans that address clients' specific needs, encompassing mental health conditions, emotional challenges, and social concerns. \n Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, providing short-term crisis intervention and making referrals to appropriate community resources as necessary. \n Build and maintain therapeutic relationships based on trust, respect, and acceptance to foster open communication and support. \n Monitor the effectiveness of treatment services, gathering feedback from clients to adjust care plans accordingly. \n Document findings and treatment progress in client records, adhering to established protocols to ensure compliance and quality assurance. \n Maintain an active caseload as required, ensuring timely and accurate case documentation reflective of services provided. \n Offer clinical counseling and respond to emergent needs with sensitivity and professionalism. \n Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the clinic. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, grief, and relational conflicts. Your skill set in understanding the multifaceted nature of mental health will be essential in addressing the unique challenges each client presents, thereby contributing to their journey toward recovery and resilience. Qualifications\n \n Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field. \n Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in the state of Pennsylvania. \n A minimum of 4 years of related professional experience in mental health support or counseling. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Prior experience in providing counseling for behavioral mental health issues, including mood disorders, addiction, and relationship counseling. \n Expertise in evaluating and applying therapeutic modalities suited to individual client needs. \n Familiarity with various assessment tools and community resources to support client well-being. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
