Vibrant Life Journey Counseling P.C. is seeking a driven and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote outpatient clinic. This full-time position offers an opportunity to engage meaningfully with students and their families, providing essential mental health services tailored to their unique needs. As part of our dedicated team, you will deliver clinical interventions, foster a supportive environment, and advocate for the well-being of our clients throughout Reading, Pennsylvania.

This position allows for a flexible remote work arrangement, enabling you to provide services in school settings while still enjoying the perks of work-life balance. The role involves collaborating closely with educators, parents, and school administrators to create an all-encompassing support network for students. Some shifts may require evening and weekend availability to accommodate the diverse needs of your clients.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using scientifically supported modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that align with identified goals and interventions focused on client well-being.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, ensuring immediate needs are met while maintaining a supportive therapeutic relationship.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and treatment continuity for clients.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate records for quality assurance and effective communication.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that promote mental health awareness and community healing.

Our client base predominantly consists of children, adolescents, and their families, many of whom face challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. You will work diligently to build trusting relationships with these young individuals, creating a safe space for open dialogue and expression. Your role is integral in helping clients understand their experiences, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience within a mental health or outpatient setting, with a preference for experience in school-based therapy.

• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches that support a diverse client population.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, communication, and clinical assessments.

• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams to address client needs holistically.

• Experience in developing curricula or therapy programs that cater to youth-focused initiatives.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with participation in a sign-on bonus program.
