Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health disorders and addiction challenges, developing personalized treatment plans that prioritize each client’s unique needs. \n Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to the evolving goals of your clients. \n Monitor client progress meticulously, reassessing treatment plans as necessary to ensure the highest standards of care and refocusing strategies as clients advance through their recovery journey. \n Provide prompt crisis intervention services, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations and offering supportive guidance during critical moments. \n Build and maintain constructive relationships with clients, their families, and community service providers to facilitate a robust support network for clients. \n Maintain accurate and confidential records of services, adhering to all ethical and professional standards required by state and federal regulations. \n Participate actively in quality assurance activities, clinical meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery and individual competencies. \n Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and recommendations that contribute to comprehensive patient management. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. \n Active Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania. \n Demonstrated knowledge of psychological and therapeutic techniques pertinent to addiction treatment and mental health counseling. \n Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. \n Ability to connect with and work effectively with culturally diverse populations. \n Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and administrative responsibilities seamlessly. \n Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical standards in practice. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Previous experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting, with a focus on addiction recovery and mental illness. \n Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy. \n Experience in crisis intervention and crisis management techniques. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Join our team and enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
