Senior Vice President, Chief Medical Officer - Health Systems and Strategic Partnerships

The Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Health Systems & Strategic Partnerships, serves as a senior enterprise medical leader responsible for advancing clinical partnerships with hospitals and health systems and providing medical leadership across mergers, acquisitions, co-lab (collaborative lab solutions) and strategic investments. This role bridges external engagement and internal strategy, ensuring clinical rigor, credibility, and value creation across all growth initiatives. The CMO will act as the primary medical voice in health systems engagement and a key advisor in evaluating, structuring, and integrating strategic opportunities.The position is expected to be based in Secaucus, NJ (hybrid), with consideration given to placement at other Quest Diagnostics laboratory locations. Pay Range:$500,000 - $535,000 + 45% AIP Target + Long-Term IncentiveSalary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications are obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
