Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in a hospital setting located in Pittsfield, MA, United States. Start date: 08/24/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,094–$2,195 per week. Guaranteed hours: none. Shift: 36 hours per week, nights (3:00 PM–3:30 AM). This travel temporary assignment requires a current MA RN license and ER experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide RN-level care in the emergency department, including triage, initial assessment, stabilization, monitoring, and ongoing patient management.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, pacemakers/defibrillators as indicated, and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
- Collaborate with ED physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care, prioritization, and discharge planning.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record and ensure clear, concise handoffs to receiving teams.
- Maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards; respond to rapidly changing patient acuity and ED volume.

Requirements
- Massachusetts RN license – active and uploaded with profile
- 3+ years current Emergency Department experience (within the past 6 months) – required
- Active BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications – required
- Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency (Nursing Pool) license – required upfront with traveler submissions
- Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred
- Must have own vehicle for site travel
