We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department by processing biweekly payroll responsibilities and implementing various HR programs and processes.

• Duties Process biweekly payroll Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and procedures Conduct employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes Assist in HR projects such as policy updates, training initiatives, and employee engagement programs Handle HR systems such as Paychex Flex for payroll and Employee Navigator for HRIS functions Support in compliance with multistate employment laws including OSHA regulations Facilitate change management processes within the organization
• Qualifications Proven experience in payroll processing, data collection, and analysis within an HR setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels Familiarity with HR systems such as Paychex Flex and Employee Navigator is preferred Knowledge of employee orientation processes and project management principles Experience in change management initiatives within an organization
