Human Resources Assistant


to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in onboarding, employee support, HR administration, HRIS systems, reporting, and day-to-day HR operations while working alongside experienced HR professionals.

What You'll Do

• 
  Coordinate the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming employee experience.
  
  



• 
  Prepare onboarding paperwork, facilitate orientations, and process background checks.
  
  



• 
  Schedule and coordinate pre-employment screenings and training programs.
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate employee records and update information within HR systems.
  
  



• 
  Serve as a resource for employee questions related to onboarding and HR procedures.
  
  



• 
  Prepare weekly HR scorecards and reports for leadership.
  
  



• 
  Track and process timesheet corrections and payroll-related documentation.
  
  



• 
  Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
  
  



• 
  Assist with HR projects, employee communications, and administrative tasks.
  
  



• 
  Help support daily HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  
  
  OR
  
  
  at least 6 months of Human Resources experience.
  



• 
  Previous experience with onboarding, recruiting, administrative support, or HR internships is a plus.
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  
  



• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  



• 
  Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  
  



• 
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  
  



• 
  Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  
  



• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (closed Fridays)

  100% onsite in Bloomington, MN

  $21-$23 per hour, based on experience + benefits
