Lakeside HR Group is seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our growing team. As a Senior HR Consultant at Lakeside, you will partner directly with business leaders across diverse industries, deliver high-impact HR solutions, and play a key role in strengthening and expanding Lakeside’s consulting offerings.

You’ll work with variety, autonomy, and purpose—supporting clients through critical decisions, building strong partnerships, and helping organizations elevate their culture, performance, and HR infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to Lakeside clients, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, compensation/benefits, and compliance.

Facilitate training sessions and workshops for HR teams and leaders across a range of HR topics and best practices.

Mentor and coach junior HR consultants to support their development and strengthen Lakeside’s consulting team.

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies that improve organizational performance.

Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple engagements.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.

Ability to travel as needed.
