The successful candidate will assist in daily kitchen operations, prepare food items, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). Cook menu items in collaboration with other kitchen staff. Clean up stations and manage leftover food. Stock inventory appropriately. Ensure food is served simultaneously, in high quality, and on time. Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on your feet for long periods. Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
