Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status, utilizing structured clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools, to identify their specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, adapting your approach based on each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress through consistent feedback and adaptation of treatment strategies to ensure effective outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients preferring virtual appointments, which enhances accessibility and ensures continuity of care for clients with mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to manage caseload efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
