This is a leadership-focused role driving on-time delivery, process improvements, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead a small team (4–7) across multiple shipping areas Own scheduling, planning, and shipment execution Act as the primary contact for customers on delivery and escalations Partner with production to ensure on-time, accurate shipmentsImprove shipping processes and routing as operations scale Utilize ERP/logistics systems (PLEX or similar preferred) What We’re Looking For High-volume manufacturing experience (automotive preferred) Prior leadership of small teams Strong communicator—customer and internal facing Experience improving shipping/logistics processes Familiarity with ERP/logistics tracking systems Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
