Location: Groveport, OH | Department: Compounding Type: Full-Time | Reports To: Compounding Supervisor/Manager Are you a hands-on leader? Kdc/one is looking for a Lead Compounder to oversee the compounding of bulk products and ensure top-tier quality and efficiency in our manufacturing operations. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and assign daily compounding tasks to meet production goals and quality standards Troubleshoot errors in SAP and Manufacturing Instruction Packets Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements Investigate batching issues and implement corrective actions Collaborate across departments and support special projects Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment Support safety investigations and promote safe work practices Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and documentation accurately Uphold confidentiality of sensitive customer and product information What We Need from You: High school diploma/GED with strong math and reading skills 2 years of compounding experience in a chemical processing/manufacturing setting Experience in pre-weight, processing, or sanitization (preferred) SAP experience (preferred) Previous leadership experience (preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Working Conditions Climate-controlled manufacturing environment Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally Exposure to motorized equipment, chemicals, sanitizers, and hot water Requires standing, walking, reaching, and use of PPE (hairnet, safety glasses, steel-toe boots) KDC-ONE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
