Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well across all levels of an organization, and takes ownership of the full AR cycle — from invoicing through cash application and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Process billings in a timely manner
Support billing activities and deliver invoices via customer web portals
Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with applicable contracts, guidelines, and regulations
Maintain regular communication with internal and external business partners/clients regarding past-due payments
Perform timely and accurate cash application of customer payments
Maintain daily invoice logs and subledger records
Maintain and monitor accounts receivable aging
Build and sustain professional relationships with employees at all levels in a fast-paced environment
Support broader AR department functions, including the monthly close process, account reconciliations, audits, and special projects as needed
