Overview Corporate Safety Fall Intern — Huitt-Zollars, Inc. is a leading architectural and engineering firm providing planning, engineering, architectural and interior design, construction and program management, and design-build project delivery. Job Summary: Huitt-Zollars is seeking a Corporate Safety Intern. This intern works 22-40 hours per week. The internship supports day-to-day health and safety tasks, safety documentation, safety program updates, write-ups, and compliance efforts regarding audits, reporting, and proper filing. This is an in-person internship with no telecommuting; in-office presence in Dallas, TX is required (75240). Location: Dallas, TX (in-office, full-time). Reports to: Chief People Officer/VP Human Resources. No relocation provided; candidates must be willing to locate temporarily for internship or be local. Duties/Responsibilities Assist with updating safety documents, policies, and training materials Maintain safety training schedules and follow up on missing or incomplete records Process safety paperwork including incident reports and compliance documentation Support ongoing safety initiatives, audits, and regulatory requirements as needed Help with other HR-related tasks as directed Requirements Current local (North Texas) student studying in an accredited safety-related program seeking a career in Safety. Non-local candidates willing to locate on their own to Dallas for the weekly in-office requirement will be considered.
