We are looking for candidates with strong multi-craft maintenance experience and a commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment issues.Conduct preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs during production operations.Install, maintain, and service machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure as needed.Read and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete maintenance tasks accurately.Repair or replace defective components and perform testing and adjustments to ensure proper equipment operation.Utilize hand tools, power tools, electrical testing equipment, and material handling devices safely and effectively.Assist with maintenance and operation of conveyor systems, packaging equipment, vacuum sealers, boilers, and related production equipment.Follow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), HACCP, and sanitation requirements.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Support production demands by working overtime and extended hours when necessary.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
