And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts.Job Summary: Performs all maintenance related duties on process and ancillary equipment within the Compounding department, and assist at Molding and HVP process areas as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Complete preventative maintenance, line clears, and, die changes on all trim pressesPerform simple Machinist Duties as neededProvide emergency /unscheduled repairs to equipment as needed based on priorities providedPerform advanced mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repairs and installationComplete repairs of process and support equipmentProvide guidance to team membersPLC and computer skillsHousekeeping duties as necessary and applicableAssist with designing and installing systemsAssist with writing and revising maintenance procedures and produce drawings and wiring diagramsRead and interpret manuals and workorders to perform required maintenance and service to diagnose problems, repair or replace partsWillingness to learn new equipment and processes as requiredComply with safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentPerform other duties as requiredAdditional Responsibilities:Maintain and promote a safe and clean work environment throughout the maintenance departmentInstruct, train, guide and assist other maintenance personnel as neededPerforms other duties as assigned based on business needsConforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rulesExhibits regular, reliable, punctual and predictable attendanceEducation: High School Diploma or GED Required.Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience industrial maintenance.
