Final Quality Inspector Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)

• Perform final inspections of electronic assemblies and components to verify quality standards are met.
• Read blueprints and work instructions to identify specifications and inspection requirements.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, and microscopes to inspect products. Identify, document, and report defects while maintaining accurate inspection records in company systems.
• Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring only compliant products move forward in the manufacturing process.

Final Quality Inspector Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous quality inspection experience required, preferably in electronics, medical manufacturing, injection molding, or similar manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, and microscopes.
• Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to identify, document, and communicate quality issues.
• Must maintain reliable attendance, be available for overtime as needed, and successfully complete required pre-employment screening processes.
