Your role is to build trust, identify their needs, present the right solution, and confidently close the sale. What You'll Do Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover needs Overcome objections and close deals effectively Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication Meet and exceed individual sales goals Compensation & Benefits Paid training + 15% commission on all closed deals Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000 Top performers earn $15,000+ per month Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities Steady flow of warm inbound leads Medical, dental, and vision benefits available Why Join Guardian Tax?
