Compensation:

$102,500 - $192,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to build a robust client pipeline.
• Master the art of prospecting, following up, and converting leads into loyal clients.
• Guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance your skills and boost your confidence.
• Utilize proven scripts and tools to transform conversations into signed agreements.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that is committed to your growth and success.
• Adapt your schedule to fit your life, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Qualifications:

• Passion for real estate and a genuine interest in helping clients find their dream homes.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
