Compensation:

$125,500 - $219,500 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with high-net-worth clients to understand their unique real estate needs and preferences.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of luxury property listings in the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine area.
• Utilize advanced marketing tools to effectively promote properties and enhance client engagement.
• Negotiate property sales with a focus on maximizing value for both clients and the agency.
• Collaborate with our team to leverage shared resources and insights for optimal client outcomes.
• Stay informed on market trends and luxury property developments to provide expert advice.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties, is preferred.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique needs.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining a pipeline of property listings.
• Skilled in using advanced marketing tools to promote properties effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on maximizing value for clients and the agency.
• Ability to collaborate with a team, leveraging shared resources for optimal outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and luxury property developments in the Santa Ana-Anaheim-Irvine area is a plus.
