Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the foreclosure process, ensuring they understand each step and feel confident in their decisions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to access a steady flow of foreclosure listings.
• Analyze market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice on distressed properties.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and successful transactions.
• Coordinate property showings and inspections, ensuring clients have all necessary information to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling property listings that attract potential buyers and investors.
• Stay informed about changes in foreclosure laws and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date guidance and advice.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on foreclosure and distressed properties preferred.
• Ability to guide clients through complex processes with clarity and confidence.
