Summary The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps customers find products that meet their needs. This customer-focused role supports sales goals and contributes to a positive, inclusive store environment. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance indicators. Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting room needs, and available programs and services. Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards while supporting replenishment and floor sets. Complete opening and closing duties, participate in training, and collaborate with colleagues and management. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
