Paralegal Civil Litigation

If you are a Paralegal with experience in Civil Litigation, preferably have experience in Bodily Injury defense and/or Premise Liability defense law, we would like to talk to you. (This position can be HYBRID after the first 30 days.) Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Paralegal
• Be able to work with little supervision
• Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Local Rules of Civil Procedure
• E-filing Experience

Duties:

• Assisting one Attorney with his/her caseload
• Assisting in Case Management and 16.1 disclosures
• Working with Clients and opposing counsel
• Calendaring and scheduling
• Prepare pleadings and handling incoming and outgoing discovery
• E-filing in both State and Federal Courts
• Billing your Hours (1600 per year)

Benefits: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday and can be HYBRID after the first month. We are centrally located in Las Vegas, provide excellent benefits with 100% employer paid health insurance and a paid Life Insurance policy. Vision and Dental – we pay 50%. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience ($60-90K).
