What You'll Do:
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Partner with clients to fill open positions quickly
- Manage onboarding and compliance
- Help support branch operations and team success
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience
- Light Industrial, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Logistics recruiting experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
