Registered Nurse (RN) in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

This role requires a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse to provide care in the post-anesthesia recovery setting. The nurse will assess and monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring they meet recovery milestones. Responsibilities include administration of medications, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with health care teams to provide optimal care. The position involves engaging with patients and families to provide education regarding post-operative care. All necessary health checks and vaccinations must be completed prior to the start of the position. A background check and signed job description are also required for compliance.
