Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide tailored individual and group therapy sessions, adhering to established treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Manage crisis situations and conduct triage appointments as necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure patient safety and support.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and relaxation training, to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative team work by actively participating in multidisciplinary meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and coordinating care with medical and clinical staff.

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Pennsylvania LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
