Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and individualized screenings to gauge clients' mental health needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans that address each client’s specific challenges and goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, ensuring their active participation in their healing journey.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care plans that promote holistic recovery.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
